Multi-Level Building Repairs

Keystone Engineering has experience in all exterior building issues and will develop specific, cost-effective solutions for your repair and concrete restoration needs. We start with our Phase I Inspection to assess the condition of your building or review any recent inspection reports. We then prepare the scope of work to include preventative and beautification measures. Keystone has the ability to create a modernized result or retain the original building aesthetics that are cosmetically appealing and add character.

Phase 2 – Scope of Work and Bid Process

Keystone is your all-in-one building repair and concrete restoration engineering team. As mentioned above, we can inspect your building and prepare the scope of work for your building repairs and we don’t stop there. We handle the entire competitive bid process with well-vetted subcontractors to get every repair scheduled. Our representatives work closely with your board and/or property manager during the bid process to give valuable feedback on pricing, reputation, work quality and timeliness of subcontractors.

Properly formatted bid documents are vital to a successful project to provide a consistent format for contractors to submit pricing. This allows for simple comparison of bids, and most importantly reduces costly change order work.

This phase concludes when the association chooses a contractor, which typically occurs after a formal contractor interview of the best candidates for the project after final bids are submitted.

Why Choose Keystone Engineering for Your Building Inspection?

Keystone works with you from start to finish. Bid documents are prepared, including the scope of work, specifications, and written documents to ensure the work satisfies all building code requirements and fulfills the agreed upon work decided from the Phase I Building Condition Assessment. The documents also support the onsite prebid meeting with contractors and sealed bidding process.

After this process is finished, we offer full project and construction oversight.
